Cynthia Ann (Koziol) Metcalf

Cynthia (Koziol) Metcalf, age 64, of Myrtle Beach, SC, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday, October 29, 2019.  A loving and proud mother of two beautiful daughters, grandmother to sweet Bella and sister of three.

Born in Chicopee, MA, she was the daughter of the late Jennie (Lukasik) Koziol and the late Stanley Koziol of Chicopee, MA.  Cindy was a graduate of Chicopee Comprehensive High School and went on to earn a B. S. from College of our Lady of Elms.

Her greatest joy in life came from time spent with her family and friends.  Her most cherished times were traveling abroad with her husband Bob and spending time at the beach with her family, friends, sisters, brother-in-laws and nieces and nephews.

She was exceptionally talented at decorating and painting with a passion for living life to its fullest.  Cindy had a lasting impact upon everyone she knew.

Cindy is survived and greatly missed by her lovingly devoted husband of 36 years, Bob Metcalf, of Myrtle Beach; daughters,  Ashley Metcalf and Rachel Metcalf; granddaughter, Bella (Metcalf) White of Conway, SC; sisters, Linda Fitzgerald and husband, Brian, of Springfield, MA, Diane Emmerson and her husband, John, of Canton, CT and Judy Lalonde with her husband, Eric, of Chicopee, MA; nieces, Tara Lizardi, Jennifer Lalonde and fiance’, Jon Ruggiero; nephews, Brenden Fitzgerald, Michael Lalonde, Ryan and his wife, Krystal Fitzgerald.

Cindy did her best to raise her two children in this not so perfect world.  Her nieces and nephews will always cherish the special times she spent with them in the summers when she visited with her two daughters.

Services for Cindy will be held at a later date in Chicopee, MA.
