Barbara Ann Beauregard Obituary

Barbara Ann Beauregard, 76, of Murrells Inlet, SC, formerly of Mays Landing, New Jersey, passed away peacefully on May 6, 2025.  She was reunited in death with her beloved son, Nicholas Aguruso.

Born on July 12, 1948, to Leo and Margaret Carroll, Barbara was a spirited, loving woman known to many as “Mom”, “Nanny”, “Barb”, and affectionately, “Tallulah”.  She had a bold heart, a quick wit, and a love of being right.

Barbara found joy in the simple pleasures: riding her golf cart, camping, playing bingo at Mill Creek Marina, and spending time with animals, especially her loyal dog, Beau.  Whether she was on a motorcycle or sharing stories with friends and family, Barbara was known for her fierce independence, warmth, and brutal honesty.

She is survived by her devoted husband of 43 years, Norman Beauregard, and her cherished dog, Beau.  Her legacy lives on through her children; William, Joseph, and Norman (Samantha); grandchildren, Amber Aguruso (Aaron Riggs), Taylor, Matthew, and Dominic Aguruso; great-grandchildren; Rylin, Kaleb, Keiran, and Karli-Ann.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly request that memorial donations be made in Barbara’s honor to a local animal shelter.

The family extends heartfelt thanks to all who loved and supported Barbara throughout her life.

She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
