Belinda Anne Miller, age 57 of Andrews passed away, Saturday, May 15, 2021 at Embrace Hospice House in Myrtle Beach.

Born August 30, 1963 in Georgetown, SC, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Betty Harrelson. Mrs. Miller was preceded in death by her husband and two children, Franklin Lowrimore and Robert Miller. She loved time with her family, going to the beach and shooting pool.

Surviving are two daughters, Amber Miller, and Jamie Hanna; six grandchildren; a brother, Dean Harrelson and a sister, Karen Elizabeth Harrelson.
