Carl Peterson of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina Passed away peacefully at his residence on Easter Sunday, April 5th, 2026.  With his lifetime partner Dotty by his side after a battle with cancer.  Carl was born in Hackensack, NJ on June 15, 1957.  He lived most of his life in Egg Harbor City, NJ where he meant the love of his life Dotty.  He is survived by 6 siblings and Frankie his dachshund.

Carl had an enormous heart, a wonderful sense of humor and had a tremendous work ethic. He was a very humble, generous, kind, and loyal man.  He will be missed by Frankie his Dachshund.  He even jumped in the Intercoastal Waterway to rescue his beloved Dachshund, Oscar, who is preceded in death.     Carl loved this breed over the years.   

 Carl was extremely knowledgeable of the automotive business which contributed to his love of muscle cars.  Music of all eras was his passion. 

He will always be remembered for the joyful and loving heart shared with everyone he knew.  When the time came, he carried himself with dignity, strength and selflessness.  

In typical Carl fashion there are no services planned and " no fuss" per his request.  A celebration of life will be determined at a later date.
