Cody Joseph William Anderson, 26, passed away July 20, 2024.  Born in Loris, SC, he was the son of Kari F. Anderson and Bruce W. Gajus.

Cody enjoyed playing video games and being outdoors. He enjoyed skate boarding and fishing.  He loved the beach and would spend time just walking the surf and picking up sea shells to give to his grandmother. Cody loved animals, he had a special pug named Rascal that he spent a lot of time with.  He had a love for all different types of music.

He is survived by his mother and step-father, Kari Anderson McKinney and Gerald McKinney; uncle, Michael Anderson and his grandmother, Sheldia Anderson Sizemore and her husband, Danny.

He was preceded in death by his father, Bruce Wayne Gajus; brothers, Austin Daniel Elliott and Conner Lynn Elliott; maternal grandfather, Russell Lynn Anderson, and his maternal great grandfather, Joseph William Sessions Jr.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
