Surfside Beach, SC…Diane Stawski, age 81, wife of the late Mitchell Stawski, passed away Wednesday, January 7, 2026.


Diane was born May 24, 1944 in Southbridge, MA, a daughter of the late Alfred and Jean Beaudette Blanchette.  She was employed as a Executive Assistant at Recoton.  Diane was predeceased by a brother, Ronald Blanchette of Florida.


Surviving are two children, Susan Fogwill of South Carolina and George Belmore of Massachusetts, five grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, a brother, David Blanchette of Southbridge, MA and a sister, Linda Hadley of Florida.


No local services are planned.
