Dorothy Langfield, a beloved mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, passed away peacefully at home on October 16, 2024. Born on June 13, 1943, she lived a full and vibrant life, leaving behind a legacy of love, humor, and fierce loyalty.

Dotty was the cherished Mother of Matt, Mark, Sheryl, Eugene, and Daughter in Laws Betty and Kathy. She was a proud Nana to Kimberly, Amanda, Trisha, Ashley, Mark, Brittany, Jessica, Christopher, Timothy, and Ryan. As well as a Great Grandmother to 13 Great Grandchildren. Also, a beloved sister to Delores, Ruth, and Toni.

She had a career that spanned various roles, from being a dedicated waitress and bank teller to working as a security guard. No matter the job, she brought hard work, charm, and her undeniable wit to everything she did.

Known for her silly shenanigans and a quick sense of humor, Dotty had a unique ability to make people laugh and brighten any room she entered. She was a strong and protective figure, always standing up for her children and grandchildren, whether they were right or wrong—a true testament to her unconditional love and devotion to family.

Dotty will be remembered for her laughter, her loyalty, and her heart of gold. She leaves behind a family who will miss her dearly but will carry forward the warmth and spirit she brought into their lives.
