Eddie Richardson, age 73, passed away, August 15, 2023, at his residence.
George was born April 16, 1950, in Conway, a son of the late Edwin and Mary Grace Cooper Richardson. George was a member of the local Rat Rod Club, loved to duck hunt, fishing, and was known in the community as someone who loved to tinker with everything and TRY to fix them. George was a US Navy Veteran serving 3 Tours in Vietnam.
Surviving are his three children: Stewart Eddie Richardson (Alison), Micah Richardson, and Merrick Stalnaker (Allan); four grandchildren: Cayce Stalnaker, George Stalnaker, Everleigh Richardson, and Liam Richardson; friend and caretaker: Debbie S. Richardson.
A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, September 2, 2023, time and location TBD at a later date via family social media.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to South Carolina Department of Natural Resources (SCDNR)
