Eric Boone Marshall, 45, of Winfield, West Virginia, passed away on October 1, 2025. He was born on November 15, 1979, in Charleston, West Virginia, to Owen Marshall of Winfield, WV, and Cynthia (Phillips) Woodring of Sherwood, Ohio.

Eric had a deep love for the outdoors and was drawn to any kind of water level, whether it was a quiet lake for fishing or a fast-moving river to explore. He especially loved to hunt and fish, and he found peace and joy in nature. Eric had a larger-than-life personality — the kind that filled a room, sparked laughter, and made people feel like they were part of something special.

He is survived by his beloved daughter, Aubrey Kennedy Marshall; his mother, Cynthia (Phillips) Woodring of Sherwood, Ohio; his stepfather, Mike Woodring of Sherwood, Ohio.

Eric is also survived by his sister, Stephanie Raybon Letellier; his brothers: Mike Woodring (wife Jane), Joe Woodring (wife Debbie), James Woodring, and David Woodring; two paternal uncles; one maternal uncle; and several nieces and nephews whom he loved dearly.

He was preceded in death by his father, Owen Marshall of Winfield, West Virginia his maternal and paternal grandparents. Eric also leaves behind his loyal and deeply loved dog, Bullveye, who was always by his side.

Services will be held on November 15th, 2025, at 4:00pm at Myrtle Beach Christian Church 1226 Burcale Rd. Myrtle Beach South Carolina.

His presence will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
