Evelyn Levon Morehead Obituary

Evelyn Levon Morehead, 80, of Myrtle Beach, SC passed away on August 6, 2025.  Born in Rutherfordton, NC, she was the daughter of the late Jack Radford and Lucille Wells Radford.


Evelyn was a member of Chase Baptist Church in Mooresboro, NC.


In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Edward Radford.


Evelyn leaves behind her son, Barry Putman; daughter, Dwan Denise Lynch; sisters, Alice (Donny) Wood, and Patricia Blackwell; granddaughters, Amanda Putman, Raven Putman (Bailey) Bostick; grandson, Hayden Putman; great-grandsons; Elijah Brown, and Maverick McKenzie; great-granddaughters; Riley Bostick, and Kinsley Bostick.


Evelyn was a beloved mother, sister, and grandmother that will be missed dearly.
