Franklin Darryl Martin known by many as “Frankie”, 58, of Aynor, South Carolina, passed away at his home Saturday March 15, 2025, surrounded by his family. 

Frankie was born May 22, 1966, in Salisbury, North Carolina to the late Edward & Julia ( Austin) Martin.

Frankie is survived by his daughter Alesia Martin and her fiancé Conner Koch, and grandson Braxtynn Koch, his siblings Edward “Eddie” Martin, Tony Martin, Wanda Causey, Ernest Martin, and Delores Lawrimore.

Along with his parents Frankie was preceded in death by his sister Connie Johnson.

Frankie loved the outdoors, sitting by a fire, he was excellent at working with his hands, was always willing to help others, wore a superman emblem on his chest, and his daughter Alesia and grandson Braxtynn were the apples of his eye.  

Cremation Services Direct (843-651-1194) of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina is assisting the family with the arrangements.
