James Harold Riegel, aged 76, passed away peacefully on September 20, 2024, at home. He was born on April 19, 1948, in Reading, PA, to Donald Riegel and Johanna Kniest. He was a proud resident of Myrtle Beach, SC and was a 1966 graduate of Mt. Penn High School. He was preceded by his wife, Michelle in 2020. He is survived by his sister Sandra VanCampen, son Chad Riegel and wife Tiffany. Daughter Heather Weiler-Scripilliti and husband Joseph. Step children Jason Kranch and Megan Martin. He leaves behind 6 grandchildren Brittany, Hunter, Connor, Kayla, Audrey, Matthew and two step grandchildren Ivy and Gabriel. Three great grandchildren Roger, Elaine, and Annabelle. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Tunnel to Towers. This foundation was important to him as he donated monthly. Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
