Jeanette Gibson Graf Obituary
Jeanette Gibson Graf was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and raised in Stratford, New Jersey, where she graduated from Sterling High School. In her adult years, she became a longtime resident of Marlton (Evesham), New Jersey.
Jeanette was known for her bright blue eyes, big blonde hair, larger-than-life personality, and sense of humor. A natural class clown from an early age, she kept people laughing with her quick wit and stories - including tales of her childhood imaginary friend. Jeanette loved being the center of attention, and wherever she went, people noticed her presence immediately.
Jeanette adored children and was deeply devoted to her grandchildren in particular; both biological and bonus. She had a playful spirit that made her endlessly fun to be around and she could make even the most ordinary moments memorable. Her home was often a place of celebration, music, storytelling, and togetherness. And she became ‘Mom’ to anybody who needed one.
She lived boldly, unapologetically, and entirely by her own rules, and in many ways, she passed the same way she lived: on her own terms, surrounded by love and in the comfort of home.
Jeanette is predeceased by her one precious son Daniel. Father Robert J. Graf and mother Mary Jane Seal-Graf.
She is survived by her 4 children. Her brother Robert J. Graf (Debbie) Along with Robert’s previous wife and mother of Jeanette’s two nieces and nephew Barbara Graf.
A Celebration of Life will be held on her birthday in New Jersey. Details regarding the time and location will be announced at a later date.
Cremation Services Direct (843-651-1194) of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina is assisting the family with the arrangements.
