Jennifer Overstreet, 49, of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, passed away on May 28, 2026.


Born on March 19, 1977, in Vinton, Virginia, Jennifer lived a life full of love, laughter, and adventure. She was known for her fun-loving personality, quick wit, and free spirit. Jennifer had a gift for making people smile and brought warmth and joy to everyone fortunate enough to know her.


Jennifer worked at Coastal Pantry and took great pride in her work. She enjoyed shopping, spending time with her family, and creating lasting memories with those she loved. Her Christian faith was an important part of her life and guided her through both joyful and challenging times.


Jennifer is survived by her daughter, Crystal Martin and husband Devon Martin; her son, Michael Wright and wife Melissa; her brother, Carlton “C.W.” Overstreet and wife Julie; and her beloved grandchildren, Emma Overstreet, Courtney P. Martin, Carter Martin, and Elizabeth Hurst. Her family was the center of her world, and she cherished every moment spent with them.


She was preceded in death by her mother, Sue Overstreet, and her father, Albert “Wayne” Overstreet.


Jennifer will be remembered for her infectious laughter, kind heart, and adventurous spirit. She lived life on her own terms, loved deeply, and left a lasting impression on everyone she met. While her passing leaves a tremendous void, her memory will continue to live on in the hearts of her family and friends.


Memorial services will be held at a later date
