Jessica (Jessie) Ann Duncan 86, beloved wife, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend passed away peacefully on March 1, 2025, at her home in Surfside Beach, SC surrounded by loved ones.

Jessie was born on September 5, 1938, to Edward Fleming and Veronica (Shortell) Fleming in Poughkeepsie, New York.

On December 14, 1958, she married the love of her life Charles Duncan, and they were blessed with sixty-six wonderful years together.

Left to cherish her memory is her husband Charles, her children, Sheryl Small, Brian Duncan and his wife Barbara, and Leasa Goetchius,  her grandchildren, Scott Small and his wife Emily, Matt Small and his wife Erin, and Blake Goetchius and his fiancé Pam Wilkinson, her great-grandchildren, Hudson, Quinn and Emerson Small and her brothers Michael Fleming and his wife Jerrilee and Dennis Fleming and his wife Emily.

Per her wishes there will be no ceremony.
