Born May 18, 1978, in Nyack, NY she was the daughter of Diane and Michael Rucano. Jill loved the ocean and making jewelry.

Surviving are her husband, Walter Joseph Ford; son, Joseph Ford and daughters, Victoria Conners and Shelby Ford.
