John Joseph Morroni of Myrtle Beach, SC, formerly of West Chester, PA went to be with The Lord on May 11, 2024, surrounded by his loving family.

John was preceded in death by his parents, John J. Morroni and Bettie Louise (Hollins) Morroni of West Chester, PA and sister, Karyn Morroni Low of Georgia.  John was a member of the 4th Degree Knights of Columbus Mardi Di Counsel in Newtown Square, PA.

He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Kathleen McCool Morroni; children, John J. Morroni of Washington, DC and Marie Morroni Williams, and Scott Williams; grandchildren, Jordan Di Fabio, Peyton Settle, Scott Williams Jr. and Alyssa Williams; brothers and sisters, Mark and Donna McCool, Monica McCool Schelling and Jack McCool; nieces and nephews, and many cousins, a great niece and great nephew, and grand dogs.

John owned and operated an auto body repair shop in West Chester until his retirement to the beautiful beaches and golf courses of South Carolina.  He enjoyed summers in Avalon, NJ and going on cruises with his family.  Johns’ kindness and generosity touched many people.

A celebration of life will be held in Chester County, PA at a time to be determined.
