Keith Wayne Schultz, 65, of Myrtle Beach, SC passed away on August 4, 2025.  Born in Gary, Indiana, he was the son of the late Paul E. Schultz and Betty Joan Schultz.

Keith was loving and kind. He had such a tender heart and was creative, compassionate, and considerate. He was very personable and never met a stranger.  He was a storyteller and teacher.  He loved teaching people about fishing, gardening, and music. Collecting was a favorite pastime for Keith.  He had everything from race car models to action figures, and especially anything with old Hollywood.  He loved all kinds of music and played the guitar, electric and acoustic.

 Keith was very knowledgeable and had a great memory.  He appreciated everything about nature. Keith and Toni loved sitting in the screen room watching the birds and all of the other animals.  They loved feeding the critters, as Toni called them.  Keith and Toni had a garden that they were so very proud of.  They had beautiful orange trees and peach trees that were full of fruit.  Keiths latest endeavor was a bee box. He was so worried about the declining bee population and he wanted to try to do something to help increase the population.

Keith's nieces and nephews adored him.  They loved their uncle Keith and little Toni and they always spent time with them and always had a little something special for each of them.  Keith always took the time to ask about their lives and what they wanted to do in the future. He took the great nephews fishing in July and commented how well they could cast.  Keith was so proud of them.

He was strong in his faith, and he lived a good and honest life.  He loved his family and showed it every day.  He and Toni were always buying stuff for us just because.  He loved to laugh and always saw the humor in every situation.

Keith was with the love of his life for over 40 years.  Keith and Toni were a match made in heaven and now, they are in heaven together.

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by the love of his life, Toni Marie Schultz.

Keith is survived by Karen Schultz of Myrtle Beach, SC, Pat Henson (Terry) of Myrtle Beach, SC, Bill Schultz of Myrtle Beach, SC, John Schultz of Hobart, Indiana, Shirley Schultz, of Crown Point, Indiana.  He also leaves behind several nieces, nephews, great nephews and a great niece.
