Kenneth Morris Obituary

Kenneth Wilbert Morris, 84, of Murrells Inlet, SC passed away on June 14, 2024.  Formerly of Pittsburgh PA area, he was the son of the late Wilbert Morris and Melva Lawrence Morris.


Kenneth had many hobbies including watching sports, especially the Pittsburgh Steelers and Pittsburgh Penguins.  He enjoyed watching golf and was a member of AOH (Ancient Order of Hibernians).


In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his step-mother Norma Morris; special uncle, Don (“Donkey”) Miller and also his dear friend, Blacky.


Kenneth is survived by his  wife, Debby Morris of Murrells Inlet, SC (Garden City); daughter, Ashley (Steve) Soboslai; grandson, Leo Morris Soboslai of Pittsburgh, PA; 2 brothers, Keith (Sheila) Morris of Pittsburgh, PA, and Kim Morris of Pittsburgh, PA; sister, Jayme Miller (Dan) of West Lake Village, CA; step-son, Scott Robinsky (Rebecca Hetzell) of Beaver, PA; step-daughter, Kristen (Colin) Dunham of New Brighton, PA; step-granddaughters,  Emilia and Aubree Dunham.  He is also survived by several nieces and their spouses and children, and his special pet, Dublin.


The family would like to offer special thanks to Lower Cape Fear Life Care (Hospice) and dear friend, Minnie.


A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date in Wexford, PA.


In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Hope Lodge in Charleston, SC or to St. Jude’s
