Melinda Denise Coker, age 66, of St. Matthews, South Carolina, passed away Saturday May 10, 2025, at her home with her husband by her side.

Melinda was born November 1, 1958, in Palm Beach, Florida, to William and Priscilla (Greene) Moore.

Left to cherish Melinda’s memory is her husband Edwin “Ken” Gwaltney, her three children Nicholas Wiggins, Kimmie Lucas, and Tyler Coker, her parents William Moore, and Priscilla Moore, sister Paige Smotherman, and her grandchildren.

Melinda was a Veteran of the United States Air Force, she enjoyed working with her computer, going on cruises and seeing new places with her life partner, and most of all spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
