Michael John Wright, 38 passed unexpectedly on August 20th, 2025, in Myrtle Beach S.C.

He was born in Ogdensburg, NY and graduated from Canandaigua Academy in 2006.

Michael was a security guard and was known for his sense of humor, love for trivia, television shows and movies. He had a love for always helping people, camping, and cooking for people while experimenting with his own recipes.

He is survived by his parents Charles Wright and Lisa Flack (Scott Flack), sisters Melinda Cornwell (William Cornwell) and Trista Drean, grandparents Marianne (Albert) Kinne, nephews Jaiden Head, William Cornwell III, Brennen and Curtis Herne, Jasiah Barcomb, nieces Kendra Vidal and Glorianna Snow along with several aunt and uncles.

There will be a Celebration of life at Madrid Community center on a later date. 

Cremation Services Direct (843-651-1194) of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina is assisting the family with the arrangements.
