Patrick Joseph Flynn Obituary

Patrick Joseph Flynn (Pat), of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, formerly of Pottstown PA, passed away recently from natural causes during a brief stay at Tidelands Waccamaw Community Hospital.


Pat is survived by his wife Elsie, brothers Bob (Cindy), Tim, and Tom (Sophia), niece Sarah and nephew Ian, a large extended family, and friends Dave and Joe and numerous others of many years.


Pat attended Parker Ford Church in East Coventry Township, PA, and Arms Wide Open Church in Myrtle Beach, SC.  He graduated from Saint Pius X High School, Pottstown PA, where he was a member of the football team.  He was a professional truck driver for many years.


Along with his parents, Pat was predeceased by his older brother John, beloved German shepherd Dylan, and his other beloved dog Skyn.


Pat’s passion was music.  His favorite hobby was playing his guitar and was a gifted songwriter.  He enjoyed feeding people and cooking holiday meals, always providing more than enough.
