Paulette Lynn Bond Obituary

Paulette Bond of Conway, South Carolina, beloved mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away peacefully surrounded by family. Born on January 4, 1952, in Toledo, Ohio, to her parents Clayton Bond and Pearl Beland, Paulette grew up with a bright spirit, a curious mind, and a deep appreciation for the beauty in everyday life.

Paulette graduated from Genoa High School in 1970 and later continued her education at Davis Business College, where she strengthened the skills that would support her lifelong professional success.

She built a long and respected career as a financial consultant, known by colleagues and clients alike for her dedication and her gift for out-of-the-box thinking. She took great pride in helping people find security and confidence in their futures.

Above all, Paulette cherished her family. She is survived by her loving children, Sara Torres and Zack Forche, and by her treasured grandchildren—Chase, Cooper, Holden, and Grace Torres, and Camilla and Madelyn Forche—who brought endless joy to her life. Her face lit up whenever she spoke of them, and she delighted in every moment spent as their grandmother.

Paulette’s passions painted her world with color and warmth. She had a special love for flowers, tending to her garden with care and finding peace among blossoms. She also enjoyed taking walks with her dog, often making new friends along the way and brightening the day of anyone she met. Paulette had a traveler’s heart as well, always eager to explore new places and create lasting memories.

In addition to her many personal joys, Paulette found deep meaning in volunteering and helping others. Whether lending a hand or giving her time to community causes, she approached service with compassion and generosity, leaving a lasting impact on those she touched.

Paulette will be remembered for her kindness, her laughter, and the love she gave so freely. Her presence touched many lives, and her memory will remain forever in the hearts of those who knew her.

A private ceremony with immediate family will be held.

May she rest in gentle peace.
