It is with deep sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Percy Andrew Morgan, Jr., who gained his angel wings at age 50, on May 30, 2023.
Born September 3, 1972, in Ronceverte, WV., to loving parents, Percy Andrew Morgan, Sr. and Robin Kay Hughes. He had a lifetime filled with love from both parents along with their significant others, Michael Hughes, and Ronni Morgan. He was a shining light in our lives, a devoted family member, and a true rockstar in this world. A master at his craft, both air-guitar and hammer. Andy’s departure has left a void that can never be filled, but his memory forever etched in our hearts.
Andy was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, son, and uncle. His family was his rock, and he cherished each and every one of them. He had an unwavering love for his wife and angel, Jackie Morgan, with whom he shared a beautiful journey of love and companionship. Their bond was unbreakable, and their love was an inspiration to all who knew them.
Andy is also survived by his daughters: Brittany Shaffer and Angie Turbeville; grandchildren: Kaeson and Emmett Shaffer; siblings: Tonya Gleaton, Brooke Byrd, and Caleb Morgan, along with countless other family members and friends.
Andy’s life was an adventure filled with love, laughter, and boundless energy. He faced every challenge with courage, determination, and a smile on his face. Andy leaves behind a legacy of love, joy, and the spirit of living life to the fullest.
