With deep sorrow, we announce the passing of Reba Sexton, born October 27, 1954, in North
Carolina, a woman whose warmth, compassion, and humor touched the lives of all who knew
her. She departed this world on May 10, 2024 in Myrtle Beach, SC.
Reba Sexton was a beacon of kindness, always ready to lend a hand to anyone in need. Her
caring nature knew no bounds, and her generosity extended far beyond her family and friends.
Whether it was a comforting word, a listening ear, or a helping hand, she was there without
hesitation.
Her infectious sense of humor brought light and laughter to every room she entered. With a
quick wit and a playful spirit, she could turn even the most somber moments into cherished
memories.
Reba Sexton is survived by her loving daughters Julie Gough and Alicia Williams (Michael). Her
cherished grandsons, Calek (Julie), Mason (Alicia), Blake (Alicia) & Maximus (Julie), three
sisters, Shirley Lewis, Linda Orchard & Gladys White and Calek's father, Robert Aguado, who
was like a son-in-law to her, many nieces & nephews and a host of family and friends who will
miss her dearly. She was preceded in death by her biological parents Gurney and Mallie Marsh,
her adoptive parents Bernard & Joan Orchard, two brothers Junior Marsh & Dalmar Marsh and
three sisters Gaynell Marsh, Peggy Marsh & Wanda Pierce. Though she may be gone from our
sight, her spirit will live on in the countless lives she touched with her kindness and love.
Among her greatest joys were her four grandsons whom she loved dearly. Their laughter filled
her heart with joy and she cherished every moment spent with them. She leaves behind a
legacy of love and laughter that will forever be remembered by her family and all who were
fortunate enough to know her.
May her soul find peace, and may her memory be a blessing to us all.
