Richard Tyler Obituary

Richard P. “Toby” Tyler, age 77, passed away, August 5, 2022, at his residence with his loving wife by his side. Richard was born in Fayetteville, NC., a son of Joseph Monroe and Ruby Earle Pearce Tyler. Richard was a US Navy Veteran and retired as Captain of Aviation Division with the San Bernardino County Sheriff Department. He is survived by his adoring wife Laura Tyler, son Michael Shawn Tyler, daughter Tonya Tyler, grandson Nicholas Tyler, and brother William Tyler. Services will be private.
