Robert “Bob” Allan Grant, 66, passed away peacefully on June 9, 2026, surrounded by his loving family. Born on August 18, 1959 in Midland, Michigan, Robert lived a life defined by integrity, hard work and devotion to those he loved. He attended High School at Farewell, MI and graduated with a degree in Pharmacy from Ferris State University in 1982 then moved to Grand Rapids, MI to begin his career.

Robert was a devoted husband to Cynthia Marie and they were together for 30 years. He was a proud father to daughters Alexsa and Emily Grant, and Stepfather to Michael Smith. He is survived by his Mother Barbara Morgan, Brothers Scott, Mark, Jeff and their families. Robert was predeceased by his Grandparents Robert and Mary Grant, Claire and Helen McKimmey, Father Robert Grant, and his brother Stephen.

Robert and Cynthia Grant later moved to Murrell’s Inlet, SC 15 years ago and he was a Pharmacist for a total of 44 years. He will be remembered for his unwavering kindness and his deep desire to help people with his profession. Robert earned a Black Belt in Taekwondo - a Korean martial art and sport. He also loved hunting, boating, bicycling and hiking in the woods. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the immediate family to help cover medical costs.
