Roger was born December 30, 1956, in Hemingway, SC., a son of the late Frank and Ina Pearl Baggett Fisher. Roger loved his family and loved to fish.

Surviving is his wife: Brenda Lee Fisher; siblings: Danny Fisher, Bobby Fisher and Ronald Fisher; 18 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
