Roy was born April 21, 1943, in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania, to the late Ephraim and Naumana (Smith) Shawn.
Left to cherish his memory is his son Kevin Shawn of Wilmington, North Carolina and Roy’s sister Linda Shawn Ray and two nieces.
