Russell Henrick Obituary

Russell J. Henrick, 73, of Myrtle Beach, SC, passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, March 28, 2023. He was the son of the late Raymond and Eleanor (Maiatico) Henrick.

Born in Allentown, Pa, he graduated from William Allen High School. Upon graduation from high school, he served his country in the United States Coast Guard. After his military service, he became a firefighter for the City of Allentown, Pa. In 1998, he received the Firefighter of the Year Award. He then retired from the Allentown Fire Department at the rank of Captain after 33 years of doing a job that he loved. He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law Scott and Angela (Mogel) Henrick; sister Susan (Henrick) Durich and husband Terrence; and grandson Ryan Henrick. There will be no services at his request. Russell will be remembered and missed dearly by his family and friends.
