Samuel James Ware, 82, of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, known as "Jim" passed away Monday August 26, 2024, at McLeod Seacoast in Little River, South Carolina.


Jim was born June 30, 1942, in Baltimore, Maryland, to the late Clarence and Margaret (Brittingham) Ware.


Jim is survived by his loving wife of 43 years Carol Rodgers Ware, children Craig Zimmerman (Susan), Neil Zimmerman (Angela), grandchildren Scott Mills, Kurt Westendorf (Amber), Sally Cardin (Garret), James Llamas, and Eve Zimmerman, great grandchildren Alana Westendorf, & Sadie Cardin, niece Linda Ayres, goddaughter Brandy Leigh Scott, and his sister Sharon Scott.


Along with his parents Jim was predeceased by a daughter Kimberly Llamas.


Jim was a great guy who was loved by all who knew him, he enjoyed golfing, swimming, riding motorcycle and taking cruises with his wife. He was known as the life of the party, always looking to make people laugh and was willing to lend a helping hand to anyone who was in need.  James was also a proud Veteran of the United States Air Force.
