Shelby Worsham Jodry, 27, passed away peacefully on June 20, 2024 with her family by her side.  Born in Dahlonega, GA, she was the daughter of Marlena Sherlin and Kevin Worsham.

Shelby loved with her entire heart.  She had a great sense of humor and a smile that captured the hearts of all.  She was a wonderful aunt that was nicknamed Aunt Doo.  She loved the ocean and doing different activities outdoors like camping and fishing.  Her favorite thing to do was to spend time with her family, especially her son, Emmitt.

She was preceded in death by her grandmothers, Kay Elkins; grandfather, Terry Worsham, and her step- grandmother, Carolyn Sherlin.

She is survived by her husband, Tyler Jodry; son, Emmitt Lee; parents, Marlena Sherlin; stepfather, William Carver; father, Kevin Worsham; stepmother, Amanda Worsham; siblings, Trent Sherlin, Terri Worsham, Josh Carver, and Lillian Worsham; grandparents, Carlisle Sherlin, Brenda Sherlin, Debbie Worsham; great grandparents; Claudia McMinn.  She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

The family would like to offer a special thanks to Access Church for going above and beyond.

A celebration of life service will be held on July 6, 2024 at 2:00pm at Access Church, 503 Johnston School Rd. Asheville, NC 28806.
