Stanley Leroy Kramer Jr., 62, passed away on January 1, 2021 while on vacation in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina at Grand Strand Medical Center. Stanley was born in Baltimore, Maryland in 1958 to the late Carol and Stanley Kramer Sr.
Stanley graduated from Delaware Valley High School, class of 1977, in Milford, Pennsylvania. He went on to serve 7 years in the U.S. army. He later moved to Charleston, South Carolina where he raised his family and worked as a detention officer for 25 years at the Charleston County Sheriff’s Office until he retired.
Stanley was a devoted family man who loved to travel. He was always thinking of his next adventure; whether it be salmon fishing in NY, water rafting in the mountains of NC, or driving to TN to attempt the seven and half pound kookamonga burger challenge. He raised his children to be strong by giving them support, he taught them how to love by showing them love, and he gave them comfort by always being there. He was known by his friends for his humor and knowledge. He was a wise man who would always have advice or an answer. He will be missed dearly by both family and friends.
Stanley is survived by his wife of 28 years, Jenny Kramer; his children, Samantha Bell and Stanley Kramer; and his grandchildren, Landon, Grayson, and Emmett Bell. He was one of 7 children, one preceded him in death.
A private family viewing has already taken place. A memorial service will be held at Seacoast Church on March 11, 2021 at 2pm.
Address: 301 E 5th N Street Summerville, South Carolina 29483
