Susan Weisenburger, 69, of Conway, SC, passed away on March 6, 2025. She was born on February 3, 1956, in Washington, DC.
Susan was a free spirit who lived life on her own terms. She had an adventurous soul and a deep love for traveling, always seeking to experience new cultures and broaden her horizons. Music was another of her great passions, and she was a talented multi-instrumentalist, mastering the banjo, fiddle, guitar, mandolin, and piano.
She is survived by her son, Dennis C Hammons, and his spouse, Jennifer Hammons, along with their children, Dennis P Hammons, Samantha Hammons, Hayley Hammons, Bryce Hammons, and Oriah Hammons; her daughter, Echo Dean, and her daughter, Leigha Hammons; her sisters, Peggy Robinson and Kathy Harris; and many nieces and nephews.
Susan was preceded in death by her parents, Arden (Bud) Weisenburger and Margaret Weisenburger
Susan’s adventurous spirit, love for music, and zest for life will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
