William Francis Patriarca, age 73 of Murrells Inlet, SC passed away on Thursday, February 18, 2021 at Tidelands Waccamaw Community Hospital.
Born September 9, 1947 in Washington, DC., he was the son of the late William and Dolores Patriarca. Mr. Patriarca was a Viet Nam Veteran serving in the US Navy. He had retired from the US Treasury Department.
